Terms Of Service
Last Updated: September 11, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website operated by Florida Hauling & Demo, LLC (“Florida Hauling & Demo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including website inquiries and related online features.
Please read these Terms before using the website. When you expressly accept these Terms, including through a form that presents them for your review and acceptance, you agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree, do not use features that require acceptance of these Terms.
1. Website Purpose
Our website provides information about our business and services, which may include demolition, excavation, land clearing, site preparation, floor removal, hauling, debris removal, and dumpster rentals.
The website allows visitors to learn about our services and request information, estimates, or contact from our team.
A website inquiry is not, by itself, an agreement to perform work, a confirmed reservation, or authorization to charge a payment method.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to request or purchase services on your own behalf.
If you act for a business, property owner, association, or another person, you must have authority to provide the information you submit and to make any commitments on that party’s behalf.
You agree to provide accurate contact and project information and to notify us of material changes relevant to your request.
3. Separate Service Agreements
Actual services are governed by the applicable estimate, proposal, work authorization, rental agreement, service agreement, and any agreed changes.
Those documents should identify the agreed scope of work and applicable project conditions, including pricing, payment requirements, scheduling, responsibilities, exclusions, and any cancellation or refund terms.
If a project-specific agreement conflicts with these Terms concerning performance of the services, the project-specific agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms do not replace a service agreement or override rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
4. Estimates, Pricing, and Availability
Information submitted through the website helps us evaluate your request. An accurate estimate may require photographs, additional details, an on-site visit, or review of property conditions.
Unless an authorized representative expressly confirms otherwise in writing, general pricing information, preliminary discussions, and website descriptions are not a binding offer for a particular project.
Final pricing and availability depend on the agreed work, location, access, materials, disposal requirements, equipment, scheduling, and other relevant conditions.
A form submission or automated acknowledgment does not confirm that an appointment, rental, or project has been accepted. Confirmation must come from our team or an authorized booking process.
Changes to an accepted project’s price or scope are governed by the applicable agreement and any required authorization, not by a later website update.
5. Project Scope and Site Information
Before work begins, the parties should confirm what is included, what must remain, and any limitations affecting the project.
Relevant issues may include site access, property boundaries, utility locations or disconnections, permits, engineering, association approvals, hidden conditions, restricted materials, and debris handling.
You agree to disclose known conditions that may materially affect the safety or performance of the requested work. You should not provide instructions that require trespass, unauthorized removal, unlawful disposal, or other unlawful activity.
Responsibility for permits, approvals, utility coordination, testing, and related requirements must be addressed in the applicable service agreement. These Terms do not automatically assign every such responsibility to the customer.
We may decline a request or suspend work when reasonably necessary to address an unsafe condition, missing authorization, unlawful activity, or another material issue, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
Any resulting changes to price, scheduling, or scope must be handled under that agreement.
6. Dumpster Rentals, Hauling, and Disposal
Dumpster rentals and hauling services are subject to the applicable rental or service agreement.
That agreement and the instructions provided for the service control matters such as delivery and pickup, placement, rental duration, permitted materials, weight limits, loading requirements, and any authorized additional charges.
Website examples of dumpster uses are general guidance, not confirmation that every material or load is acceptable for a particular rental.
Do not place hazardous, regulated, or otherwise prohibited materials in a dumpster or load without advance approval and a lawful arrangement for their handling.
These Terms do not create an unspecified overage charge, cancellation fee, or blanket waiver of responsibility for property damage.
7. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payment amounts, deposits, due dates, accepted payment methods, cancellation rights, rescheduling conditions, and refund eligibility are governed by the applicable agreement and law.
These Terms do not impose a universal nonrefundable-deposit policy or authorize a fee that was not properly disclosed and agreed upon.
Contact us promptly when requesting a cancellation or schedule change. Unless an agreement or applicable law provides otherwise, a request is not confirmed until acknowledged by our team.
Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
8. Website Information and Service Representations
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but typographical errors, outdated information, or technical issues may occur.
Service-area maps, project examples, photographs, and general timelines are informational. Confirm availability and project-specific requirements directly with our team.
Website articles and descriptions are not a substitute for a site-specific assessment or advice from an appropriately qualified professional. Do not rely solely on website content when making decisions involving structural safety, utilities, hazardous materials, or legal requirements.
Nothing in these Terms withdraws an express promise or guarantee that applies to your purchase, excuses misleading advertising, or eliminates a right or remedy provided by law.
9. Calls, Emails, and Text Messages
Inquiry and Project Communications
When you submit a contact request, you ask us to respond about that request using the contact information and communication preferences you provide.
We may communicate about estimates, appointments, project coordination, invoices, and customer support as permitted by law.
Accepting these Terms does not, by itself, provide consent to unrelated marketing or to automated, artificial-voice, or prerecorded communications that require separate consent.
Text Messaging
When you request text communications or otherwise opt in, Florida Hauling & Demo may send messages related to your inquiry, estimate, appointment, project, billing, or support request.
Promotional text messages, if offered, require any separate consent applicable to those messages. Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of purchasing services.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to request that we stop texting you. You can also submit an opt-out request by calling or emailing us. We honor reasonable opt-out requests as required by law.
Where permitted, we may send one nonpromotional message confirming your opt-out.
For assistance, reply HELP, email Team@FloridaHaulingDemo.com, or call (727) 602-6982.
Opting out of text messages does not automatically cancel an appointment, service agreement, or payment obligation. We may coordinate necessary project matters through another lawful communication method, consistent with your preferences.
You must provide a number you are authorized to use and notify us if the number changes or is reassigned.
Text-message delivery depends on communications networks and is not guaranteed. Our text messaging is not an emergency response service.
10. Information and Materials You Submit
You are responsible for ensuring that information and materials you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide them.
You retain ownership of your photographs, videos, plans, and other materials. By submitting them for a project inquiry or service, you give us permission to use, reproduce, and share them as reasonably necessary to evaluate your request, prepare an estimate, coordinate work, provide services, and maintain related records.
This permission does not transfer ownership to us and does not automatically authorize public advertising use of identifiable images of you or your property.
Do not submit unlawful material, malicious code, or confidential information that you are not authorized to disclose.
Nothing in these Terms prohibits you from sharing an honest review or exercising a legally protected right to discuss your experience.
11. Acceptable Website Use
You may use the website for lawful purposes, including learning about our business and requesting services.
You must not use the website to impersonate another person, submit fraudulent requests, harass others, transmit malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with website security or operation.
You must not use automated methods to extract personal information, bypass access restrictions, or reproduce substantial website content without authorization, except where permitted by law.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect security, or comply with legal requirements.
12. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Services
The website’s original text, branding, graphics, photographs, design, and other content are owned by Florida Hauling & Demo or used with permission, except where otherwise identified.
You may view website content and retain reasonable copies for personal use or to evaluate our services. You may not republish, commercially exploit, or misrepresent ownership of protected content without permission, except as permitted by law.
Third-party names, trademarks, map data, software, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Our website may link to or incorporate third-party services, such as maps, review platforms, social media pages, or payment services. Your use of those independent services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
A link does not, by itself, establish our endorsement of all content or practices of the third party.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information associated with the website and customer interactions.
Please review it before submitting personal information.
Acceptance of these Terms does not waive privacy rights or replace a separate consent that applicable law requires us to obtain.
14. Website Availability and Disclaimers
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue website features for maintenance, security, operational, or other legitimate reasons.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website itself is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
These website disclaimers do not apply to the quality or performance of contracted services and do not eliminate any applicable service guarantee, express contractual obligation, or nonwaivable legal protection.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florida Hauling & Demo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising solely from the use or unavailability of the website.
This provision does not limit responsibility for the performance of contracted services, personal injury, physical property damage, fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
It also does not waive any applicable statutory privacy or communications rights.
Claims involving an actual project are governed by the applicable service agreement and law.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Florida law and applicable federal law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
A dispute may be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction and venue under applicable law.
We encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve a concern. Contacting us is not a condition of exercising a legal right and does not extend a filing deadline unless separately agreed in writing.
These website Terms do not require arbitration or waive the right to participate in a class action.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the website, our practices, or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date identifies the latest revision.
Changes apply prospectively. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain renewed acceptance before a material change applies.
A website update does not automatically modify an existing service agreement or retroactively change the terms governing an existing dispute.
18. General Provisions
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
These Terms govern the website matters addressed here. They do not supersede a separate project agreement, legally required disclosure, or other agreement expressly applicable to a particular transaction.
