A Little Bit About Our Story
Meet The Family Behind the Hauling & Demo
We started this company with one goal in mind: to raise the standard for excavation and demolition services in Florida. Backed by years of hands-on experience, our team is committed to doing things the right way—with transparency, respect, and a work ethic that speaks for itself.
More About UsFrom day one, we’ve focused on building real relationships with our clients and delivering results that go beyond expectations.
Meet The Owner of Florida Hauling & Demo
Jayce started Florida Hauling & Demo to bring fast, reliable service and honest work to every job. He leads with experience, integrity, and pride in every project.
How Florida Hauling & Demo Was Born
Jayce Pedraza started Florida Hauling & Demo in high school with a truck, a vision, and a
relentless work ethic.
What began as small hauling jobs for friends and neighbors quickly grew into something bigger when Jayce discovered a strong demand for reliable, timely service. By graduation, he had built a loyal customer base through word-of-mouth and repeat business, reinvesting earnings into better equipment, an experienced team, and expanded services.
Today, Florida Hauling & Demo serves residential and commercial clients across the region, guided by the same core values: hard work, honesty, and treating every job as important—a legacy started by a teenager unafraid to get his hands dirty.
Our Mission at Florida Hauling & Demo
We aim to eliminate delays, confusion, and poor communication by delivering dependable service with full transparency. Every project—big or small—is handled with precision, professionalism, and respect for our clients’ time and property.

The Florida Hauling & Demo Process
We don’t just excavate and demolish—we bring order to the chaos. Our process is built to handle heavy lifting, tight timelines, and tough jobs with total control from start to finish.
Step 1: Initial Contact & Intake
Gathering Job Details & Setting Expectations
It all starts with a quick conversation. We’ll ask the right questions to understand your project needs, timelines, and any specific concerns. This is where we align on scope and make sure expectations are crystal clear from the beginning. No guesswork—just a solid game plan from the start.
Step 2: Scheduling & Coordination
Assigning Crews & Ready The Needed Equipment
Once we’ve locked in the details, we get to work behind the scenes. We schedule your job, assign the right crew, and prep any necessary equipment. Whether it’s heavy demo or a complicated excavation project, we show up with the right tools and people for the task—on time and ready to go.
Step 3: Ongoing Communication
Keeping You Informed & Happy Every Step of the Way
Throughout the project, we keep you in the loop. Whether you prefer texts, calls, or emails, we’ll make sure you know what’s happening and when. If something unexpected comes up, you’ll hear it from us first—never as a surprise on-site.
Step 4: Quality Assurance & Follow Up
Feedback, Invoicing, Recordkeeping Closing Out
Before we wrap, we double-check every detail—from site cleanliness to final walkthroughs. You’ll receive your invoice, have a chance to share feedback, and get any documentation you need for your records. We don’t just disappear after the job—we follow through to the very end.
The Florida Hauling & Demo Difference
At Florida Hauling & Demo, we don’t just show up—we show out. With a legacy built on trust, speed, and unbeatable service, we’ve earned our reputation one project at a time. Discover why homeowners and contractors across Florida choose us for quality they can count on.

Hurricane Helene caused more than 3 feet of water in our house… Jayce and his crew came out and hauled away our debris… did an amazing job on the demolition of all the water damage… The house smells fresh and clean and it has helped us feel so much better… polite, hardworking, on time, conscientious and truly care

My mother-in-laws Mobil home burned down… we had to take care of everything for her from out of state. Jayce’s estimate included everything to get the job done, pulling the permit, capping off utilities & clearing the debris… He started the job when he said. I would hire him again.
